If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Cookies
The websites sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They will be deleted automatically after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and enable the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. When disabling cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you wish to use (shopping basket function) are calculated on the basis of Art. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (cookies for the analysis of your browsing behaviour) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.
Here you can change your cookie settings:

Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing machine
- Time of server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
Contact
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the request form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the date of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage is omitted (e.B. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(4) of the European 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.
Collection, processing and disclosure of personal data on orders
When ordering, we only collect and process your personal data insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment and processing of your order as well as for the processing of your enquiries. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Non-provision means that no contract can be concluded. In all cases, we strictly comply with the legal requirements. The scope of the data transfer is limited to a minimum.
4. Plugins and tools
Youtube
Our website uses plugins from the Google-operated YouTube site. The site is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
YouTube videos are embedded on our “Advanced Privacy Mode” sites. This means that if you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, you will not be able to connect to YouTube’s servers yet. This does not happen until you play a video. Then data is transmitted. You may be told which of our sites you are visiting.
If you are also logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your browsing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
The use of YouTube is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(c). 1 lit. f GDPR.
For more information on how to handle user data, see YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
5. Payment processing by PayPal
In the case of electronic payment via our Internet Shop, your payment details will be transmitted to PayPal Europe S.A. r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (customer name, payment amount, e-mail address, age verification) to process the payment.
When paying with PayPal, the bank details you deposit with PayPal will be used by PayPal for payment. We do not have access to this data.

6. Shipping service provider
Disclosure of telephone number and address data to shipping companies
We pass on your telephone number and address data to the transport company as part of the contract processing. The purpose of the transfer is to be able to handle the shipment correctly and to inform you about a delivery date. The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(4) of the European 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us or the transport company without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
7. Google Fonts
Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to provide uniform appearance of fonts. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into their browser cache to display text and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This will make Google aware that my website has been accessed from your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of my online offer. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(c). 1 lit. f GDPR.
The integration of the Google web fonts takes place locally and GDPR compliant via the integration of the plugin DP DIVI GDPR.
If your browser does not support Web Fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.
For more information about Google Web Fonts, see https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and Google’s Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
8. Analysis Tools
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are carried out on the basis of Art. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. This will shorten your IP address from Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transferred to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
Opt-out with Borlabs Cookies
Borlab’s cookie does not delete cookies that have already been set during the opt-out, but removes the entire JavaScript and thus prevents tracking systems such as Google Analytics from being integrated.
An opt-out for Google Analytics therefore does not set an extra do-not-track cookie. Instead, the service simply no longer is included.
Javascript is not removed until the next page view after the opt-out, because the user has already been tracked for the current page view. With the “Reload after consent” option, you can ensure that the visitor’s browser automatically reloads and that the opt-out is directly active.
An additional opt-out cookie for Google Analytics is superfluous, because an opt-out via Borlabs Cookie no longer loads the code of Google Analytics, which is why no cookie is required, that Google Analytics should tell not to track the visitor. If you deactivate the statistical cookies in the cookie banner, there is no tracking by Google Analytics.
Browser Plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to the full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Order processing
We have concluded a contract with Google for order processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Opposition to data collection
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the attached link. click. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent the collection of your data on future visits to this website:
